Waterborne Epoxy Intermediate Paint

BNW-210AB
The product has high impact resistance, strong adhesion, excellent acid and alkali resistance, cleaning agent resistance, excellent wear resistance. Good construction performance, not easy to bubble and sag. It should be used with the bottom and middle surface. It is suitable for weather-resistant coatings for containers, chemical equipment, storage tanks, locomotives or cars
Product introduction: This product is a two-component anti-corrosion coating made of water-based epoxy resin or emulsion, functional pigments such as mica iron oxide, various additives and water-based epoxy curing agent.
Product features: The coating has good adhesion to various substrates, the paint film is tough and dense, and has excellent water resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance and anti-corrosion properties.
Application areas: This product is matched with epoxy primer and used as a middle coating for various heavy anti-corrosion systems to increase thickness and improve anti-corrosion performance. It can be used for bridge steel structures, chemical equipment, underground pipelines, outdoor machinery and other metals.
Instructions for use:
1. Paint mixing ratio: main agent: curing agent = 6:1 (volume ratio).
2. Diluent: water.
3. Coating method: air spray, brush, roller.
4. Construction conditions: Temperature: minimum 5℃ Humidity: maximum 85%.
5. Drying time: Ventilation conditions, temperature, humidity, film thickness, number of coats and other factors will affect the drying time accordingly. The following table lists typical data. Basic conditions: good ventilation, typical film thickness, single coat of inert substrate 70-90μm.
