Waterborne Polyurethane Topcoat

BNW-860AB
The product has high impact resistance, strong adhesion, excellent acid and alkali resistance, cleaning agent resistance, and excellent wear resistance. Good construction performance, not easy to bubble or sag. It should be used with the bottom and middle surface. It is suitable for weather-resistant coatings for containers, chemical equipment, storage tanks, locomotives or cars.
Product introduction: This product is a two-component anti-corrosion coating made of water-based acrylic resin or emulsion, modified isocyanate and other functional pigment fillers, mica, metal pigments and various additives.
Basic parameters:
1. Mixing ratio: main agent: curing agent = 5:1 (volume ratio).
2. Color: white, as specified.
3. Flash point: main agent: 18℃ curing agent: 30℃.
4. Volume solid content: 60±2%.
Application areas: Suitable for topcoat of chemical storage tanks, road and bridge facilities, and steel ship superstructures. It can also be used as a topcoat for decks and other steel structures.
Instructions for use:
1. Paint mixing ratio: main agent: curing agent = 5:1 (volume ratio).
2. Diluent: water.
3. Coating method: air spray, brush, roller. Easy to roll viscosity: 40-55 seconds, dilution: 0-10 volume ratio).
4. Construction conditions: Temperature: minimum 5℃ Humidity: maximum 85%
5. Drying time: ventilation conditions, temperature, humidity, film thickness, number of coats, etc. will affect the drying time accordingly.
