Product introduction: High temperature resistant single component ceramic coating, made of high quality inorganic silicone resin and organic silicone composite, refined by advanced formula process.
Product characteristics: The paint film has high hardness, good flexibility and adhesion, heat resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, rust resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, environmental protection and non-toxicity.
Instructions for use:
Pre-treatment: Use alcohol to remove grease, dust and particles on the surface of the material.
Painting: Stir evenly with a tumbler, filter with a 200-300 mesh filter and spray directly. Preheat the material to 70℃*2min before spraying and the paint film effect is better.
Drying: Low temperature 90℃×10 minutes, high temperature 220℃×30 minutes before going offline.
Spraying distance: 15~25cm
Film thickness: 15±3um
Spraying gun method: cross 2~4 times
Cleaning agent: ethanol
Application field: widely used in surface finishing of kitchenware, boilers, barbecue stoves, engines, etc.
