High Temperature Resistant Ceramic Coating Multi-Component

GW-W-XXXXABCD
The product film has high hardness, good flexibility and adhesion, heat resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, environmental protection and non-toxicity. It is widely used in surface finishing of kitchen utensils, boilers, barbecue stoves, engines, etc.
Product introduction: High temperature resistant multi-component ceramic coating is a high-performance special coating designed for extreme high temperature environments. It forms a dense and stable protective layer through the scientific ratio of inorganic ceramic materials and organic/inorganic composite binders.
Product features: excellent high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance and chemical stability.
Instructions for use:
1. Sandblast the material (80-100 mesh corundum sand is recommended), the best sandblasting thickness is 4-5μm, if the sandblasting is not in place or the roughness is not up to standard, the coating will fall off.
2. After the material is sandblasted, use a scouring pad to remove dust and particles on the surface, and blow it clean with an air gun. If there is grease, use a dust-free cloth to pour a small amount of alcohol to clean it.
3. When spraying, put the workpiece in the oven and preheat it at 80℃ for 2-3 minutes.
4. After spraying the primer, you can spray the topcoat without waiting.
5. Paint film thickness: primer 18-22μm, topcoat 10-15μm.
6. Baking time: low temperature leveling: 80℃×8 minutes, high temperature drying: 250-280℃×20 minutes.
Application areas: various metal surfaces such as heating plates, non-stick pans, knives, boilers, etc.
