It has good construction performance and is not prone to bubbling or sagging. It should be used with a bottom and middle surface. It is suitable for coatings in storage tanks, containers, steel structures, steel pipes, offshore platforms, ships, port facilities, and harsh anti-corrosion environments.
Product introduction: Oily epoxy zinc-rich primer is a heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating with epoxy resin as the base material and zinc powder as the main anti-rust pigment.
Product characteristics: high impact resistance, strong adhesion, excellent acid and alkali resistance: excellent wear resistance. Good construction performance, not easy to bubble or sag.
Instructions for use:
Product preparation: must be thoroughly stirred. If there is no two-component mixing equipment, the curing agent and paint must be mixed strictly according to the proportion and fully stirred until uniform. An appropriate amount of diluent can be added as needed.
Surface treatment: The surface of the material needs to be cleaned by degreasing, degreasing, sandblasting or grinding.

Spraying environment temperature: 10-40℃, the surface temperature of the sprayed object must be higher than the dew point by more than 3℃. Spraying environment air humidity: <80%.
Application: Suitable for anti-corrosion primers for containers, chemical equipment, storage tanks, locomotives or cars. Contains different proportions of zinc and is suitable for different anti-corrosion environments.
